6 eggs
2 lbs small curd cottage cheese
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. butter
2 - 10 oz. package frozen spinach, defrosted and drained.
2 T flour
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in bowl and add remaining ingredients.

Pour into a large, greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour, uncovered.
