2 dozen oysters on the half shell
2 teaspoons lemon juice
fine breadcrumbs
freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
8 slices bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange oysters on rimmed baking sheet. On each, sprinkle a little lemon juice, pepper, breadcrumbs and a piece of oregano. Cut bacon slices in thirds and place one piece on the top of each oyster. Broil until bacon is crisp.
