1 lg can Yams, drained
medium banana sliced
c orange juice
t salt
small pinch pepper
2 T chopped pecans
2 T toasted flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350
Place yams in buttered 1 qt casserole dish, arrange bananas over yams. Pour juice over all. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with pecans and coconut. Bake covered for 30 minutes.
