12 chicken breast halves, cooked
1 head garlic minced
1/4 c. dried oregano
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. pitted Spanish green olives
1/2 c. capers with juice
6 bay leaves
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white wine
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 9 ingredients together and marinate over night (or up to 3 days). Place chicken and marinade in a large 9x11" greased baking dish. Add white wine, brown sugar and salt & pepper. Bake at 350º until bubbly (1/2 hour)
