3 (15 z.) cans creamed corn
2 eggs
1 c. crushed saltine crackers
c. butter
tsp. paprika
tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter casserole dish. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine corn, eggs, c. melted butter and of the cracker crumbs. Pour mixture into the buttered dish. In a small bowl, mix the remaining melted butter, cracker crumbs, paprika, and pepper. Sprinkle crumb topping over the casserole. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until topping browns slightly and corn is bubbly around the edges.
