2 1/2 pounds ground round
2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup tomato juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 6 ounce can tomato paste
12 hamburger buns split and toasted

Directions:

Cook ground round and onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium- high heat, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain, return to skillet. Stir in ketchup and next 6 ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil cover and reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes stirring often. Spoon mixture evenly over bottom halves of buns cover bun tops.
