¾ cup flour
Pinch of salt
4 eggs
¾ cup sugar
¾ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs, baking powder and salt in bowl. Place over smaller bowl of hot water. Beat, gradually adding sugar. Continue beating until mixture is thick and light in colour. Fold in flour and vanilla. Pour into cookie sheet (10X15X¾ inch pan) that is lined with waxed paper.
Bake at 400º F. for 10 to­ 12 minutes until light brown. Dust tea towel with icing sugar. Immediately turn cookie sheet upside down on tea towel. Remove waxed paper, spread with jelly or other filling. 
Work quickly. Roll up, wrap in towel and place on rack to cool. Slice and enjoy
