Ingredients:  
4 pork chops (preferably boneless)
four large potatoes (more if desired)
1 pkg Kraft American Cheese slices
milk
1 medium onion
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in bottom of deep casserole dish
Layer thin slices of potato over chops
layer American cheese over potato
sprinkle small amount of diced onion over cheese
splash about 1/4 cup of milk over top and season with salt and pepper

start another course of potato, then cheese, then onion splash of milk and salt and pepper
repeat until casserole dish is filled to top

cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft, then uncover to brown top if desired.

Hint* place casserole dish on foil covered cookie sheet. It will boil over and make a huge mess!
