Ingredients:  
8 slices bacon, chopped
1 onion, chopped or 8 green onions, chopped
celery, chopped
carrots, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. cooked rice (preferably cold)
Accent
1/4 c. soy sauce
pepper, to taste
1 c. frozen peas, thawed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry together til vegetables are tender. Pour out excess grease. Add 3 eggs, beaten. Fry until eggs are scrambled. Add 3 cups rice, stir until heated through (rice is easier to fry when it's cooked and then cold.) Add Accent, 1/4 cup soy sauce, pepper. Can also add 1 cup frozen peas, thawed.
