Thanksgiving Cranberry Bake Recipe

3 c. sliced apples
2 c. cranberries
1 c. sugar

1 stick of butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 9x13" pan, layer apples and cranberries.

Slowly pour the sugar over the apples and cranberries.

Spoon topping over the dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Topping:
In a pan, melt the butter and add the brown sugar, oatmeal, and nuts. Mix until combined.

While this is a favorite side dish at a Faunce Thanksgiving, it has often been suggested to serve this dish over vanilla ice cream. Either way -it would be yummy!
