6 Chicken breast - pounded
6 Kaiser rolls
1 can sliced pineapple - or 1 fresh pineapple cut into " slices
a jar of your favorite BBQ Sauce
6 slices sharp provolone cheese
mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Grill the chicken breasts and pineapple slices - place on a platter. Cut each roll and generously apply mayo.

Layer on the roll - 1 breast of chicken, 1 pineapple slice, a squirt of BBQ sauce, and a slice of provolone cheese.
Heat in the microwave for 15 seconds or until cheese starts to melt.

This recipe was originally Aunt Brenda's and I believe she marinated her chicken in Soy Sauce before grilling and then wrapped her sandwiches in foil for 5 minute to melt the cheese. The Faunce's are always in a hurry to start eating these sandwiches - so we began to use the microwave.
