1 egg
1 box yellow cake mix
1 8 oz cream cheese softened
1 stick butter softened
2 cups of Powder Sugar for rolling refrigerated dough.

Mix ingredients in a bowl

Refrigerate over night or at least 4 hours

When dough is ready:

Preheat oven to Bake - 350

Make into balls, roll in powder sugar and place on cookie sheet

Bake for 10-12 minutes

They will be soft!!! Delicious!!

Sprinkle leftover powder sugar after they cool!

Enjoy!
