Base:

1 stick butter
1-1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar

Filling:

2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1.2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1.2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c, coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine base ingredients. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spread over baked layer. Bake 15 minutes. Cool; cut into bars
