Ingredients: Spray large slow cooker with cooking spray. Meatballs 1 1/2 lb 85% ground chuck 1 med union-chopped small 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1/2 cup Romano cheese (do NOT use Parmesan) 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs 1/4 tsp ground oregano 2 tsp garlic powder 2 eggs salt and pepper to taste
Sauce 3 jars Prego 3 cheese sauce + 1 jar water 1 med. can tomato sauce + 1/2 can water 1 heaping Tbsp sugar 3 pcs Italian hot grilling sausage 2 cut up pieces pork country ribs 8-10 pepperoni pieces 1/2 cup Romano cheese

Directions:Combine all meatball ingredients until well mixed.If too wet, add more cheese and bread crumbs. Set aside.
Add Prego and sauce to the cooker along with all water . Stir together. Add sugar, mix well. Cut sausage and pork into bite size pieces and add to cooker. Make meatballs and add to cooker. Stir lightly and put on lid. Start cooker on high for 4 hours then low for 10 hrs or overnight.
Can add extra 1/4 cup Romano after sauce has started cooking. |

Notes: The sauce is a matter of personal taste. I don't use actual measurements for the spicing for the meatballs so this is just a rough guess. I shouldn't, but do taste the meatballs when I mix them. You should be able to taste just a hint of garlic in them.
