1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together
Warm the milk and then start adding it a little at a time to the dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition so it doesn't get lumpy.
When all mixed cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens to pudding consistency
Turn heat to low and let cook and blurp a little for about 2 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla

Put this in a homemade graham cracker pie crust and top with cool whip and it makes a great pie. Just ask Stacy!
