2 cups chopped onion
2 cup chopped celery
1/2 c melted butter
4 c crumbled toasted bread
4 c crumbled cornbread
1 pkg crushed crackers or 2 cups leftover biscuits
1 Tbsp salt
2 tsp black pepper (more if needed)
2 Tbsp poultry seasoning
Turkey broth as needed
4 large eggs beaten
4 boiled eggs finely chopped
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Add turkey broth to consistency your desire. Put in bread pan either deep or shallow. Cook at 400º until golden brown.
