3 lb. cheaper hamburger
3 Tbsp. Morten's Tender Quick Salt
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 c. water
tsp. pepper
tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together well. Divide into 3 equal parts. Wrap in foil (shiny side in). Refrigerate 24 hours.
Poke holes in bottom of foil to let grease out. Place in 9 x13 in. pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350. Remove from pan as soon as you can and let any grease drain. Cool and enjoy.
