1 pound ground chuck
1 medium onion
1 medium green bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can tomato sauce, large
1 can diced tomatos with green chilis
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons chili powder
2 cans chili hot beans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown onions, green pepper and garlic in oil until translucent.
2. Brown ground beef. Drain off fat.
3. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes with green chilis, salt, paprika, oregano, chili powder. Cook together for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add two cans of chili beans. Stir and heat until all is nice and hot.

Serve with sliced avocado and shredded cheese.
