18 Graham Crackers, rolled into crumbs
1/2 cup brown sugar, not packed
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
6 T. Melted butter

Pudding
4 eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar
2 T. Cornstarch
2 cups milk
1rsp. vanilla

Meringue - See "Never Fail Meringue"

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks.
Blend sugar and cornstarch.
Heat milk.
Add sugar mixture and cook until thickens.
Add beaten egg yolks, and continue to cook until thick.
Add vanilla.

Crumbs
Roll out graham crackers to fine crumbs.
Add cinnamon, brown sugar and melted butter.
Put in 9" pie pan and press firmly on bottom and sides, saving a small amount to put on top of meringue.
Pour in pie filling
Cover with meringue, being careful to seal edges.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top of meringue.
Bake @ 350 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
