2 cans (32 oz) kidney beans
2 can (16 oz) black beans
1 can (16 oz) northern white beans, drained
1 can (16 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 lb veggie (Gimme Lean ground beef style) burger crumbles
1 medium onion, diced
2 medium tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp chopped garlic
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil; when soft, add garlic and saute 2 more minutes. Add veggie crumbles and tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes. Add beans and corn, stir well. Add all spices, stir well. Add more chili powder or salt to taste. Cook on low heat for 1 hour. Chili will thicken as it cools.

Garnish with raw diced onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and/or sour cream.
