2 packages yeast
4 cups milk, scalded and cooled
1 tsp salt
1 cup margarine
5 eggs, well beaten
1 cup sugar
2 cups potatoes, mashed
2 tsp nutmeg
Flour
1 lb icing sugar
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add risen yeast to cooled milk, then add sugar, eggs, margarine, salt, potatoes, and nutmeg. Stir well. Add enough flour for soft dough. Let rise until double in size, then knead and roll out to " thick. Cut and let rise again. Cook in deep fat. Glaze with icing sugar and butter mixed with enough hot water to make the right thickness.
