1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
pat of butter
1-2 egg whites
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp or more vanilla
1 1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked
1 1/2 cup nuts or raisins
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dry ingredients, sugars, add shortening or butter. Mix together egg whites, egg, water, vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fold in rolled oats and chocolate chips, nuts, raisins. Drop from tsp onto greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
