1 cup white sugar
cup shortening
2 eggs
cup milk
1 lemon, grated rind and juice
1 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
1 cup raisins, walnuts, or gum drop fruitlets

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except lemon juice and cup sugar. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. While hot, pour lemon juice and sugar over the top.
