2 very ripe bananas
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tsp vanilla
1 container egg substitute or 2 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup i-minute oatmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mash or blend bananas in large bowl. Mix sugar, vanilla and eggs with bananas. Mix flour, oatmeal, baking soda, baking powder. Alternately add the flour mixture and milk to the banana mixture, finally add nuts. Drop by 1 tsp full, bake on greased sheet, preheated to 375 degrees.
