½ c chopped onion
½ c chopped celery
4 tbs butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c uncooked rice
2 - 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli (barely cooked and drained)
1 - 8 oz jar Cheese Whiz©
1 - 4 oz can water chestnuts diced

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and celery until tender in butter. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and then pour into 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
