Preheat oven to 350º

1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1 stick (4 ounces) melted butter
1 egg

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 8x8" casserole dish. (don’t drain the corn)
Cook uncovered for 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
