1 c sugar
c cold water
tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
tsp cinnamon
1 lb pecans (1 quart)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except pecans) in sauce pan. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes until mixture strings like thread. Stir in pecans until completely coated. Pour onto wax paper to dry and once cooled, break apart.
