2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
tsp Baking Soda
1 C Sugar
C Shortening
2 Eggs
1 C mashed Bananas
C nuts if you wish

Directions:
Directions:
Add first 4 ingredients together and set aside. Cream sugar and shortening together well, add one egg at a time letting cream in between. Add bananas and ix well. Next add all the dry ingredients and nuts. PLace in a 9x5x3 inch pan, well greased on the bottom.

Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes.
