Easy Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients-
1lb pasta I use Rotini
Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
Green Olives
cup of minced parsley
Green Onions
Mushrooms
Crumbled Feta cheese
Bacon Bites
Cucumbers I use 2-3 small cukes cut them in half
3 cups of Italian Dressing (see below)

Instructions
1. Cook Pasta according tp package directions. Allow to cool slightly (and maybe toss with a little oil to prevent sticking)
2. Toss all ingredients together and then add cooled Pasta. Keeps in refrigerator for 2-4 days

Italian Dressing:
1 cups of Olive Oil
4 TBL red vinegar
4 TBL water
2 TBL coarse salt
2 TSP sugar
2 tsp dry oregano
2 tsp dry basil
2 cloves garlic
Black pepper to taste
Whisk or run through blender to make creamy thickened dressing. Pour into ingredients.

3. I normally double the Italian Dressing to add later if needed.
