Crust
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
pinch of salt

Topping
4 eggs lightly beaen
2 c. sugar
4 T. flour
4 T. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together and pat in 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes @ 350º
Mix topping ingredients and pour over crust and bake 20 minutes longer.
While warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
