1 c margarine
1 c brown sugar
1 c flour
1 c walnuts, chopped
1/4 c sugar
8oz cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Cream margarine with brown sugar in mixing bowl. Add flour & walnuts. Mix to make crumb mixture. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Press remaining mixture in bottom of 8' square pan. Bake at 350º for 12 -15 minutes until lightly browned.

Blend sugar with cream cheese in mixing bowl until smooth. Add egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well. Spread on baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

Let cool and then cut into squares.
