1 1/2 cups water, bring to a boil then add 1 1/2 cups White Minute Rice, cover and let set according to box directions.
1 can Salmon drained (Chicken of the Sea, etc.)
1 or 2 eggs beaten
Mix above ingredients and shape into fairly large patties.
Roll in Crushed Saltine Cracker Crumbs.

Mix all together, shape into fairly large patties. (6-8)

Roll both sides of patties in crushed cracker crumbs and fry in Canola oil until
brown on both sides. I love these served with peas and coleslaw
for supper. Yummmmmmmm!
