1 lb. beef stew (browned)
1 c. onion (diced)
1 c. celery (diced)
8 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef stew meat and cover with water to simmer for 1/2 hour. Add diced onion & celery and simmer for another 1/2 hour. Thicken with flour and water mixture. Add 8 T. soy sauce (1/2 c.

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice. (I prefer mashed potatoes)
