2 - (4 serving size boxes) of Long Grain & Wild Rice OR 1 large box (8 servings)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c celery diced
1 c chopped onion
1/4 c butter or margarine (melted)
2 - 5 oz cans sliced water chestnuts (not drained)
1 - 4 oz can mushrooms (stems & pieces)
3 Tbs. soy sauce
2 3/4 c boiling water

Mix all ingredients, cover and bake for 2 hours at 350
