3 T. butter
12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 1/2 - 3 c. mini marshmallows
20 oz. salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x13 inch pan. Spread with a layer of peanuts. Set aside. Put butter and chips in a glass bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds, add milk and microwave on high for another 60 seconds. Beat until chips melt Fold in marshmallows and spread over peanuts. Top with more peanuts and press into filling Let set in refrigerator or freezer.

Note: You need to work quickly as the chips and milk will harden. Also when you press the peauts into the filling, use your hands instead of a wooden spoon or spatula.
