1 LB OF CRANBERRIES- FROZEN WORKS BEST
1 ORANGE WITH PEEL
1 LRG CAN OF CRUSHED PINEAPPLE WITH JUICE
1 CUP OF CHOPPED CELERY
1 CUP OF CHOPPED PECANS
1 1/2 CUP OF SUGAR

IN FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER CHOP CRANBERRIES, ORANGE AND CELERY

MIX JELLO INTO 1 CUP OF VERY HOT WATER AND STIR UNTIL DISSOLVED. ADD 2 CUPS OF COLD WATER.
(THIS IS 1 CUP LESS THAN JELLO RECIPE SAYS)
MIX IN SUGAR.

MIX CHOPPED CRANBERRIES, ORANGE, PINEAPPLE AND CELERY WITH JELLO IN LARGE BOWL.
MIX IN PECANS.

PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR UNTIL SET.

YOU CAN USE SUGAR FREE JELLO AND REDUCE SUGAR TO 1 CUP IF YOU WANT
