½ Cup butter
1 Cup sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 oz,) can of pineapple, drained
5 slices of toasting bread, cubed (English muffin bread works well}

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in drained pineapple, then fold in bread.
Pour into buttered casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
