Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lg.. Onion, chopped
2 lb. ground beef with salt and pepper
2 quarts water
1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice
3 large red or green peppers, diced (or combination)
1-1/2 c chile sauce (1 bottle)
1-1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
2 celery ribs, diced
2-14 oz. cans chicken broth
2 minced garlic cloves or dry minced garlic
1/2 tsp. Salt

Bring all to boil and reduce heat
Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour, or until rice and vegetables are done
