The Perfect Prime Rib Recipe

Prime Rib
Salt and Pepper or Sea Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 225.
Rub the Prime Rib with salt and pepper. (I use the sea salt these days)
Bake 20 minutes per pound at 225
Remove when center is 135 for rare, 145-160 for more well done.
Let rest for 12 minutes before serving

Tip: Buy two smaller cuts and take one out early if you want one rare and one more well done.
