Prime Rib
Salt and Pepper or Sea Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 225º.
Rub the Prime Rib with salt and pepper. (I use the sea salt these days)
Bake 20 minutes per pound at 225º
Remove when center is 135º for rare, 145º-160º for more well done.
Let rest for 12 minutes before serving

Tip: Buy two smaller cuts and take one out early if you want one rare and one more well done.
