15 Cups Popped Corn
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Butter
Cup Corn Syrup
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Cups Pecan
1 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200F
Mix sugar,butter, corn syrup, and slat in a saucepan stir over med heat until there are bubbles around the edges
Cook 5 minutes more then add pecans to syrup
Remove from heat, stir in baking soda until foamy
Divide popped corn into 2 9"x12" pans, pour syrup over
Bake at 200F Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour
Let cool store in tightly covered container
