Crust:
2 c flour
2 sticks melted butter
1/2 c powdered sugar
¼ tsp sea salt
Filling:
Large Can of Libby's© Pure Pumpkin
Topping:
1 c powdered sugar
2-3 oz pkg cream cheese
4 tbs butter
½ tsp vanilla
1 large tub of Cool Whip©

Directions:
Crust:
In medium bowl, combine flour melted butter, powdered sugar and salt. Use a fork to stir gently until just barely combined; mixing as little as possible will result in flakier crust. Use your fingers to press the mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º until edges of the crust are very lightly browned, about 20 min.
Filling:
Prepare pumpkin pie filling following instructions on can. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350º and continue baking for 15-25 minutes (until firm).
Topping:
Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over the top of cooled pumpkin. Keep refrigerated until served.
