One head iceberg lettuce - chopped
cup chopped onion
cup celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 package frozen peas
2 cups mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sugar
4-6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
Sliced tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce, onion, celery, water chestnuts and peas in a large bowl - do not stir. Spread the mayonnaise over the top and sprinkle with sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with bacon and tomatoes right before serving. This keeps well several days.
