2 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c shortening
3 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 c cooked mashed carrots
c orange juice
2 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, sugar, shortening, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and carrots. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes at 350. Combine orange juice and powdered sugar for icing. When cookies have cooled, ice and enjoy.
