1 can (12 oz) salted peanuts
1 can (7oz) potato sticks
3 c butterscotch chips
3 Tb peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanuts and potato sticks in a bowl; set aside.

In microwave, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter at 70% for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. (the chips won't change shape til you stir).
Add to peanut mixture, stir to coat evenly.

Drop by tablespoonful onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
Refrigerate until set, about 5 minutes.
