1 sticks of softened butter
1 c flour
⅔ c nuts (finely chopped)
1 c sugar
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
9 oz carton of cool whip
1 package instant chocolate pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix together butter, flour and nuts and press in a 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Let cool.
Filling:
Combine sugar, cream cheese and half of the cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Make pudding using directions on box. Spread pudding on cream cheese mixture and then top with remaining cool whip. Chill until served.
