1 ½ pounds round steak (cut in small cubes) 1 T vegetable oil 1 can beef broth ½ pkg dry onion soup mix 1 C Burgundy (red) wine 3 oz can sliced mushrooms, undrained 1 jar pearl onions
Brown round steak cubes in skillet with oil. Put meat, beef broth, dry onion soup, cream of mushroom soup, and wine in crockpot. Cook 8 hours on low in crockpot til tender. Add mushrooms & drained onion. Cook until hot. Serve over rice.
