4 qts tomatoes peeled and quartered
5 bell peppers
6 large onions
12 small cans of tomato sauce
4 tsp salt
4 tsp oregano leaves
4 tsp cumin
6 anaheim peppers
3 chili peppers, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together for 1 hour, mash tomatoes with potato masher. Put into clean jars and cold pack for 35 min.
