2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2-12 oz packages of frozen coconut
1 box of yellow cake mix

Directions:

Icing:
Combine sour cream, sugar and coconut. Mix and leave covered overnight in fridge. Next day, make cake using box instructions and let it cool. Split each layer in two, ice between all layers and on top but not sides with icing mixture. Seal cake in cake container and refrigerate for four days before serving, cake will absorb the icing!
