3 cans green chiles, whole and seeded
1 pkg Monterey Cheese (16 oz)
1 pkg (oz) sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 8-9" baking dish. Place a layer of chiles on bottom of dish. Add a layer of each cheese, then repeat these 2 layers once more.
Beats eggs and fold in sour cream. Pour over chiles and cheese, and spread evenly.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
